By using the website and providing your data through the feedback forms, the cost calculator, or the quiz, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

The owner of the personal data is Limited Liability Company “EGIDA GARANT” (ЄДРПОУ 43730167), registered at: 21037, Vinnytsia, 112 Pyrohova St., unit 80 (hereinafter — the “Company”, “we”).

Personal data is processed in accordance with Ukraine’s Law on Personal Data Protection, the Constitution of Ukraine, and other legal and regulatory acts of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection. This Policy applies to all personal data that the Company receives from website users.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update indicated.

Through the forms on the website, in particular the cost calculator and the quiz, we may collect the following data that you provide voluntarily:

• the messenger you choose for communication (for example, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp);
• answers to the calculator / quiz questions (industry, approximate staffing needs, etc.).
